Red Oak Ecological (ROE) is a division of Planners and Engineers Collaborative, Inc. (PEC) specializing in aquatic resource consulting. Consulting services provided by ROE include stream and wetland delineation in accordance with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Wetlands Delineation Manual and current USACE guidance regarding jurisdictional waters of the U.S., as well as preparation and submittal of USACE Section 404 Clean Water Act permit applications for projects occurring in streams and wetlands, including Nationwide and Individual Permits.

Additional services provided by ROE consist of consultation regarding waters of the State of Georgia requiring an undisturbed buffer including field evaluation, and preparation ad submittal of variance application sfor buffer encroachment to the Georgia Environmental Protection Division and local municipalities.
