Jim Hudson suggests Planners & Engineers Collaborative
as the name for the new company after the Architects Collaborative in Cambridge, Mass. At the time, this concept was unique in Atlanta since no other firm offered all these services under one company. |

John Williams a project manager with Candler Griffin approaches Boyd Steed & PEC about the idea of being an apartment developer and needing the services of PEC.
At the meeting, Jim Hudson suggests to John Williams to plant a rich, full landscape at each project to make them unique.
